Rarely (if ever!) do I have anything bad to say about Rachel Bilson's sense of style. She is usually quite on target with her looks. But today I came across this picture of her in this 3.1 Phillip Lim rose-gold shorts suit and nearly fell off my chair!

I hate:
1) the color
2) the rolled up shorts
3) the long jacket paired with shorts

To me this look is all sorts of wrong. I want to know your thoughts on this look. Am I being to harsh on her? Would you wear this outfit?
