Alexa Chung was spotted out shopping in L.A., wearing this scoop neck Isabel Marant dress accessorized with a Chanel bag, bucket hat, and leather sandals. Usually I love Alexa's style...but this look is a mess! She looks so frumpy. I'm sure it's a super comfy look to have on, but it isn't pretty. Blech!
