Dress Like A Celebrity

You may remember how I was complaining about Ginnifer Goodwin's short hair earlier this year. Well, maybe I was a little too fast to post judgement on the do. I just came across this ADORABLE picture of her at a MOCA benefit luncheon at the Beverly Hills Tod's boutique, and I don't think it is possible for her to look any cuter. Her hair is short and sassy...a little edge with a lot of sweetness. I gotta say, this hairstyle on her is starting to win me over.

Now on to the outfit! Don't you just love it? Very casual, yet totally classic. This look isn't going out of style any time soon. She looks just so chic! I adore it so much that I wanted to put together an affordable alternative for my readers that want to wear this look.

Will you be trying out this look anytime soon?

Dress Like a Celebrity

The other day Ginnifer Goodwin showed up to the N.Y.C. launch of Zac Posen for Target wearing this harem pants/blazer combo. Now I'm not going to lie...I hate hate hate harem pants. They remind me of the MC Hammer pants I owned in the 4th grade. But the pair that Ginnifer has on here actually look really cute (they don't appear to be too droopy).

I put together a super affordable version of this outfit. Click on the collage below to see where each piece is from.

Would You Wear This?

Ginnifer Goodwin showed up to the Genesis Awards in Beverly Hills wearing this crimson lace Valentino dress. To be honest, I have some mixed feelings about this look. To start off, I really do love the color of this dress on her. She really stands out in the crowd in this bold color. And the length of this dress is makes her legs look like they go on for miles.

But there are two things that I don't love about this look. First off is the fact that she is wearing no (visible) jewelry. Throwing on some earrings or a necklace could make such a huge difference in this look. Secondly, I absolutely HATE the neckline of this frock. It just looks too harsh on her. I would have loved to see it wish either a deep-V or a sweetheart neckline.

What do you think of this look? If you had to opportunity to wear it, would you???
